rush service; orders, including all photos and text must be received by 9:00 am PT
and proofs approved by noon.
Overnight service orders will be charged an additional $25.00 per product.
For Delivery before noon, Priority overnight charges will apply.
Standard Service Delivery: Delivery is GUARANTEED in 3 days (72 hours) or less*
from the time we confirm the receipt of your order or your money will be completely refunded.
Orders are confirmed by email, fax or phone message.
In order to facilitate the fastest possible turnaround time, EK delivers proofs
to clients via email or fax only. Once delivered, proofs must be approved
(for spelling & content) within 3 hours for the Three Day Guarantee to be valid.
Products must be signed for when delivered. If no one is available to sign
for products when delivered, guarantee is void.
