Delivery is GUARANTEED in 3 days (72 hours) or less* from the time we confirm the receipt of your order including the photographs (if they are sent other than uploading them to the website.) or your money will be completely refunded.  Orders are confirmed by email, fax or phone message.

Orders received after 5:00 pm will have a guarantee start time of 8:00 am the following morning . Because the earliest delivery time for DHL is 10:30 am, whenever the 72 hours is between 4:00pm and 10:30 am the 72 hours of the guarantee is extended until 11:00am.


In order to facilitate the fastest possible turnaround time, EK delivers proofs to clients via email or fax only.  Once delivered, proofs must be approved (for spelling & content) within 3 hours for the Three Day Guarantee to be valid.  If the proof is approved past the 3 hour time period, the guarantee is in effect., although the additional time past the 3 hours will be added to the 72 hours.  

Products must be signed for when delivered.  If no one is available to sign for products when delivered, guarantee is void, however you may call DHL and have them re-delivered or you may pick them up at their facility

Enduring Keepsakes retains the right to design the Programs, Collages, Memorial Posters, Tribute Cards & Programs, Thank You Notes, etc. based on the shape & content of the photographs provided.  Proofs are provided for spelling & content only.  Changes in design that require extra time will be charged $40.00 and the extra time will be added to the 72 hour guarantee period.
