Ordering Products from Enduring Keepsakes is simple! Just follow
these easy steps:
1. Collect all photos and text.
2. Scan your photos at 200dpi (Sharp photos can be blown up and stay sharp. Blurry photos will still be blurry.) Choose your photos carefully!
3. Send e-mail with the following information to: orders@enduringkeepsakes.com
- Attach photos to e-mail. (attach 2-4 photos per e-mail. If you have more than 4 photos please send them using additional e-mails).
- Please indicate the product you want along with the desired size, quantity, and any personalized text or special instructions.
Remember, each item we create is custom designed to your specific standards. If you want something different than what you have seen on our website, just ask us . . . we can probably do it! Discover our endless imagination!
4. Once you have emailed your order to EK, here's what happens next:
- You will receive a confirmation email from Enduring Keepsakes within an hour (1st thing next morning if sent after business hours). If you don't receive an email confirmation, please call us at 530-894-3637 to confirm receipt of your order.
- Once your order is confirmed, one of our designers will design the product and email you a pdf proof for your approval. You will usually receive the proof within a couple of hours of sending your order. Once again, please call us at 530-894-3637 if you have any doubt that Enduring Keepsakes has received your order.
- Once you have approved the proofs, Enduring Keepsakes
will email you an invoice that can be paid by credit
card on-line Or you can call with your credit card
info. (Please call EK if other payment arrangements
are necessary). Once your payment is received/processed,
EK will immediately print and ship your product. Please
keep in mind that orders received in the morning usually
ship the same day, while orders received later in
the day typically ship the next morning.
5. Questions? Call us at 530-894-3637 if you have any questions about anything at anytime. Our designers are happy to talk with you about any questions or problems you might have. There is usually someone available to take your calls 24/7. If not, we will get back to you at our earliest opportunity (usually within 2 hours).
